PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. DTRMND is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
